A fully clothed bodywork on a mat on the floor. Practitioner uses their hands and own body weight, applying pressure along body’s energy lines to improve openness, flexibility, mobility and wellbeing. It is a blend of holding and mobilising and deep stretches, similar to passive yoga.
You will feel longer, lighter, grounded and balanced.
